So I did the cooking yesterday.


Ingredients: Dried shrimps, garlic, long bean, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice

Fried the dried shrimps, after that add in garlic, long bean, rice, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce...

Then, add in some water, put into the rice cooker to cook, hehe...

Very simple right? Try it, real yummy~

Sandwich

Had sandwich as brunch today.
Since I'm craving for sweet stuff, so no eggs today.
I prefer with peanut butter and cheese(the only ingredients in my fridge), good taste.
Normally, when I want to prepare sweet flavour sandwich, I will slice some banana and add in some cheese, melt ur heart~

And, if u are a big fan of banana, u can slice some banana and add in to ur hot choc drink, real nice, u r in heaven! Try it~~~

Mashed Potato

These photos were for my Public Speaking presentation. Yup, since I love potato so much, my potato was one of my topic in the presentation. Mashed potato or whipped potato in those fast food outlet are really oily, ok, except the one in Kenny Roger's. I love it!!!

Whatever. Now let me show you step by step how to prepare a home-made mashed potato with the very little $ and time...



1. Slice the potato then boil them in the hot water for around 15minutes.




2.After that, when the potatos are soft enough, then put them in the bowl, add in a pinch of pepper, sugar and salt with 2-3 teaspoons of butter(depends).

3. Use a fork to mash it, with love... (-.-)


4.Voila, your mashed potato is ready to be served!

Steps To Eat Your Porridge

mom's homecooked chicken porridge is something i cant resist and say no to...but one thing special about mom's porridge is it contains NO MSG....MSG=AJINOMOTO... so i wont loose my hair even i finish the whole pot...hahahahaha

mom's delicious chicken porridge...


clearer view...ok~the rice is really smashed...u might say like baby's porridge...but i'm loving it...

alright...step 1: put some kicap...or even called as soy sauce...few drops will do...if not ur porridge will be salty...



step 2: add a little white pepper...a little will do...if not your porridge will be too spicy...


this is how it looks...but u cant eat it like that...patient...watch for the next step...







the step...mix it throughly...slowly...dont spill ya....






there you go...ur porridge is ready to be served...simple steps to get a greater taste(for me it's the greatest coz mom's porridge is already superb)


super clean rite?well..i finish this bowl in less than 4minutes...unbelievable? believe it~! hehehe...
